Elliott-IT-Services provides fully remote, ongoing UniFi network management via a secure self-hosted controller — no site visit needed for day-to-day management.
Whether your network was installed by us or by someone else, we can take over ongoing management as long as your devices can be adopted onto our controller or we're given appropriate access.

How Remote UniFi Management Works
We use a self-hosted UniFi Network Controller — the official Ubiquiti management software, running on our own infrastructure rather than Ubiquiti's cloud service. This gives us direct, secure, always-on visibility and control over your network:
- Your UniFi devices are adopted onto our controller (a one-time setup step)
- We get real-time visibility of device status, client connections and network performance
- Configuration changes, firmware updates and troubleshooting are all done remotely through the controller
- You keep full ownership of your hardware — we simply manage it on your behalf

Yes. As long as we can be given controller access or the devices can be adopted onto our management controller, we can take over ongoing management regardless of who carried out the original installation.
